We are seasoned business executives who have learned through extensive experience inside technology companies what the right parameters are for an executive fit. We understand competitive pressures, rapidly changing market demands, delayed products and board expectations. We pick up the nuance in interviews and our overall judgment on hiring is battle-tested. And at the finish line we are often pivotal as a buffer in negotiating on behalf of the client to close the desired candidate.

And they are surprised at how candid we are in describing current company challenges and how long we spend interviewing them. After they start at the new company candidates confirm that the picture we presented was exactly what they found when they showed up. No surprises.
