Every candidate you look at for the first time has ALREADY been thoroughly phone interviewed by us. You never have to look at a raw, unscreened resume for the role. We manage your entire candidate flow so all candidates go through the same screening process. The process saves you enormous amounts of time.
You have the exclusive right-of-first-refusal on every candidate we send you. We talk to a candidate ONLY about your company, and we will never send a candidate to another client unless you have determined it is not a perfect fit with your open role.
You have only one vendor to manage for a given role. The pressure is on us. This contrasts with managing many contingent firms for the same role and receiving multiple resume submissions for the same candidate.
