Tony has seventeen years of technology recruiting experience – having personally completed over 725 searches. He has hired and led sizeable recruiting teams that have filled over 4000 roles for technology companies.
Most recently he was COO of MoTek Technologies- heading up all talent and operations for this six year old full cycle recruiting firm. His leadership contributed substantively to placing MoTek in the Inc. 5000 growth company rankings for both 2014 and 2015.
Before that he was Technical Recruiting Manager at Riviera Partners – a premier engineering recruiting firm – where he was the leader of search for individual contributor roles such as Front End and Back End engineers, UI/UX, iOS and Android Engineers. While there, he led a large team of recruiters across multiple geographical offices for Riviera.
Tony launched his recruiting career with TerranSoft where he spent ten years with increasing responsibility in management roles for this technology recruitment firm.
Tony has a B.S. degree from California State University – Northridge in business administration.
If he ever gets free time, he spends it with his wife and two kids (watching them play sports) or on the soccer field himself.
